For Sale – APHA Justobviously Elegant (Jordan)

Jordan is just a dream to work with. She is very loving and eager to please. We used her as a broodmare and she produced nice big babies. We left her open last year to give her a year off and when we lost our stallion in December we decided to get out of the show horse business. She is not bred for a 2013 baby but is an easy breeder. We have ridden her a little. No official training but we have climbed all over her and ridden her around the barn. She will be a quick and eager learner if you want to train her to ride.

14′ Short wall. Slide out with couch that is a queen size hide-a-bed. Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, central air & heat,
auto-find satellite dome. TV with DVD player in living room and in upper bed area in the nose. Stand up shower with separate toilet.
Bathroom vanity with sink. lots of storage cabinets. 4 horse slant load with ramp. Side rear tack. Mangers under the horses noses with
storage. Stud stall divider in front horse stall. Drop down windows on nose and rear of all 4 stalls. Rear air conditioning unit
separate from the living quarters for the horse compartment. Hydraulic jack. Hay pod with access ladder up rear of trailer. Onan 6500
propane generator. The mounting tray had mounting bolt issues so we pulled the generator down but have not had the tray repaired
and generator remounted yet. Generator does run. Just needs to be put back on top of the trailer. There is some external cosmentic
surface damage on the rear passenger side of the trailer due to battery acid run-down when the battery in the hay pod wasn’t secured
properly after we took the generator down. Other than that the trailer is in great condition. No body damage, no internal living
quarter damage or wear spots. The trailer was only used lightly.
